Install the game:
1) First, extract all downloaded zip files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Copy the resulting pkg file to the root of your external hard drive formatted in exFAT. Be sure not to copy it to any subfolder, but only to the main drive.
3) Plug in your external hard drive to the PS4 console. Go to Debug Settings, which will be active after hacking your console. Then go to Game > Package Installer.
4) Proceed to the installation.
5) Once installed, the game will be displayed on your PS4's home screen.
