1) First, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Steam from here and logged in with your account.
2) Extract the compressed files using WinRAR and run the installation file, selecting the desired installation location to create the Paladins folder.
3) Move the Warframe folder to your Steam's common folder. The default Steam path is C:/Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common. That means you should copy the Warframe folder into the common folder.
4) Enter the Steam environment. Search for the Warframe game. Go to the game's page, scroll down a bit, and select the Play option.
5) Allow the game to install for you. That's it. Enjoy playing the game.
