Game Installation:
1) Extract all downloaded rar files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Transfer the pkg file obtained to your exFAT-formatted hard drive. Note that you should not copy it to any subfolder within the external hard drive, but rather to the main address of the external hard drive.
3) Connect your hard drive to your PS4 console. Go to the Debug Settings section, which is enabled after jailbreaking your console.
4) Go to Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer. Your downloaded file will be displayed here.
5) Start the installation by pressing the X button. After the installation is complete, the game will be displayed on your console's main screen.
