1) First, extract all the compressed files downloaded by the latest version of WinRar software.
2) Move the pkg file obtained to your exFAT-formatted hard drive. Please make sure that the file is not copied to any directory inside the hard drive. It should be in the main directory of the hard drive and not any subdirectory.
3) Connect your hard drive to PS4. Depending on the debug settings being active after hacking the console, go to the Debug Settings section. That is, navigate to Settings > Debug Settings on the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer. The file you downloaded in the second step will be displayed here.
