Game installation guide:
1) Extract all downloaded compressed files using the latest version of WinRar software.
2) Transfer the resulting pkg file to your external hard drive that is formatted to exFAT. Make sure to transfer it to the root of the external hard drive, not to any subfolder.
3) Connect your external hard drive to your PS4. Go to Debug Settings after hacking the console. That is, Settings > Debug Settings on the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer. Your downloaded file will be displayed here.
5) Start the installation by pressing the X button. After the installation is complete, the game will be displayed on your console's main page.
