Note that before installing themes, you need to jailbreak your console with Exploit FW5.05 or higher hacked firmware. Please refer to the post below to see the jailbreaking method.

Theme Installation Guide:
1) Extract the downloaded theme file using the latest version of WinRar software.
2) Move the pkg files to your exFAT-formatted hard drive. Make sure not to copy them to any folder within the external hard drive, but only to the main address of the external hard drive.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. With the Debug Settings section active after jailbreaking the console, enter this section, i.e., Settings => Debug Settings in the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. The downloaded files will be displayed here with numbers 1 and 2.
5) First, install the file with number 1, then install the file with number 2. You will receive a message during installation:
? The same content has already been installed – do you want to continue installing
Click on the Yes option, and after completing the installation, the theme installation notification will be displayed on the console's main page. Finally, you can select and run the desired theme by referring to the theme section.
