Game installation tutorial:
1) Extract all downloaded zip files using the latest version of WinRar software.
2) Transfer the obtained pkg file to your exFAT-formatted hard drive. Be careful not to copy it to any folder inside the external hard drive, but rather keep it in the main address of the external hard drive only.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. Considering the Debug Settings section is activated after hacking the console, enter this section. That is, Settings => Debug Settings in the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. The file you downloaded in step 2 will be displayed here.
5) Press the X key to start the installation. After completing the installation, the game will be displayed on your console's main page.
