Game installation guide:
1) Extract all downloaded compressed files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Transfer the resulting pkg file to your exFAT-formatted hard drive. Make sure to place it in the root of the hard drive, not in any subfolder.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. With the Debug Settings section enabled after hacking the console, go to this section.
4) Go to Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer. Your downloaded file will be displayed here.
5) Start the installation by pressing the X button. After installation is complete, the game will be displayed on the console's main screen.
