Game installation:
1) Extract all downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the obtained pkg file to your hard drive that is formatted to exFAT. Make sure that you do not copy it into any folder inside the external hard drive, but only in the main address of the external hard drive.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. Given that the Debug Settings section is activated after hacking the console, go to this section, i.e., Settings => Debug Settings on the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. Your downloaded file that was obtained in step 2 will be displayed here.
