1) First, extract all downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the pkg file to your formatted exFAT hard drive. Make sure to keep it in the main directory and not any subfolders.
3) Connect your hard drive to your PS4. Access the Debug Settings menu after hacking your console, which is Settings => Debug Settings.
4) Navigate to the following location: Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer.
