Installation guide for the game:
1) Extract all downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the obtained pkg file to the exFAT formatted hard drive. Please note that you must move it to the root of the hard drive, not to any subfolder.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. Since the Debug Settings section is active after hacking the console, enter this section, i.e., Settings => Debug Settings in the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. The file you downloaded in the second step will be displayed here.
5) Start installation by pressing the X button. After installation is complete, the game will be displayed on the main page of your console.
