1) Extract all downloaded RAR files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the extracted PKG file to the root of your external hard drive, which has been formatted to exFAT. Please note that you should not copy any files to any subfolders within the hard drive. The file should be placed directly in the root directory, not within any subfolders.
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. Given that the Debug Settings are enabled after the console's hack, navigate to this section. The path is Settings => Debug Settings on your PS4.
4) Navigate to Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. The file you downloaded in step 2 will be displayed here.
5) Press the X button to start the installation. After completing the installation, the game will be displayed on your PS4 home screen.
