1) Extract all downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the extracted pkg file to the exFAT formatted hard drive. Make sure you do not copy the file to any subfolder on the external hard drive, but rather only to the main address of the external hard drive.
3) Connect the hard drive to your PS4 console. After enabling the Debug Settings feature, go to the Debug Settings page.
4) Go to the Debug Settings > Game > Package Installer. Your downloaded file will be displayed here.
