1) First, extract all the compressed files downloaded using the latest version of WinRar:
2) Move the obtained pkg file to the exFAT formatted hard drive. Make sure it is not copied to any folder on the hard drive, but only to the main address of the hard drive, not any subfolder:
3) Connect your hard drive to the PS4 console. Go to the Debug Settings section as it is enabled after hacking the console. That is, go to Settings => Debug Settings on the console:
