Installation of the game:
1) First, extract the downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the obtained pkg file to the root of your external hard drive, which is in exFAT format. Be careful not to copy it to any subfolder. Only place it in the original directory of the external hard drive.
3) Connect your external hard drive to the PS4 console. After the console is jailbroken, enter the Debug Settings section by going to Settings => Debug Settings.
4) Go to the Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer section. Your downloaded file, obtained in step 2, will be displayed here.
5) Press the X button to start the installation. After completing the installation, the game will be displayed on the main screen of your console.
