1) Unpack all downloaded files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Move the pkg file obtained to the exFAT formatted hard drive. Make sure it is in the root directory, not in any subdirectory.
3) Connect the hard drive to the PS4. With the Debug Settings enabled after hacking the console, go to this section: Settings -> Debug Settings on the console.
4) Go to Debug Settings -> Game -> Package Installer. The downloaded file from step 2 will be displayed here.
5) Press the X button to start the installation. After installation is complete, the game will be displayed on the console's home screen.
