Character development and dialogue selection in the game are one of the most important aspects, which has not been addressed in The Cartel at all. For example, Ben McCall's character development is very weak, he is very foul-mouthed and sometimes insults his friends. He also has a very dry and serious personality and certainly, if you play the game with him, you will not enjoy it at all.
