How to install the game:
1) First, extract all downloaded compressed files using the latest version of WinRar.
2) Put the obtained pkg file on your exFAT-formatted external hard drive. Be careful not to put it in any subfolder on the external hard drive. It should only be in the main address of the external hard drive.
3) Connect your external hard drive to the PS4 console. Given that the Debug Settings section is activated after the console is jailbroken, go to that section. That is, go to Settings => Debug Settings on the console.
4) Go to the Debug Settings => Game => Package Installer. The file you downloaded, which you obtained in step 2, should be displayed here.
5) Start the installation by pressing the X key. After installation, the game will appear on the console's main page.
